She may be one of the most beloved stars, but in the last few weeks, the usually adored Taylor Swift may have racked up more famous enemies than she did in her entire career. “But she bakes cookies for her fans! How can anyone hate Swifty?” you’re thinking. And yet, here’s the list of people who won’t join her #squad any time soon.Nicki: She makes it all about herself They buried the hatchet at the Video Music Awards (VMAs), but in late July, this Twitter spat shocked Swift’s fans. Minaj went on a rant about how her
Anaconda music video didn’t get a VMA Video of the Year nod, writing, “If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year.” Swift, whose
Bad Blood had got a VMA nomination, wrote back, “I’ve done nothing but love and support you. It’s unlike you to pit women against each other. Maybe one of the men took your slot.” Minaj, however, replied, “U must not be reading my tweets. Didn’t say a word about u (sic).”

timesofindiaMiley: Violence isn’t better than nudity A clash between these polar opposites seems inevitable. In early August, Miley called out
Bad Blood, saying, “I don’t get the violence revenge thing. That’s supposed to be a good example? And I’m a bad role model because I’m running around with my t**s out? I’m not sure how t**s are worse than guns.”
While Taylor later said in an interview that she didn’t give Miley’s comments much thought, the latter stirred things up again when Taylor brought her squad – Cara Delevingne, Gigi Hadid and a host of other models – to the VMas. “I’m not trying to be in the squad,” she said, adding, “None of my friends are famous and not because of any other reason than I just like real people who are living real lives, because I’m inspired by them (sic).”

@TOIEntertainKaty: She’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing When you release a video called
Bad Blood, don’t be surprised if it brings about some... well... bad blood. After Swift’s ‘man took your spot’ tweet, Katy Perry, who is the target of the revenge pop anthem, wrote, “Finding it ironic to parade the ‘pit women against other women’ argument about, as one unmeasurably capitalizes on the take down of a woman (sic),” and then threw in a
Mean Girls reference with, “Watch out for the Regina George in sheep’s clothing.” And just when it seemed like enough people had ganged up on Tay, actress Camilla Bell replied to Perry, writing, “Couldn’t have said it better.”

TOIEntertainZayn: She’s greedy Around mid-August, Zayn shared a pic on Twitter that compared
Miley Cyrus’ statement of not caring about money as long as she had a roof over her head with Taylor’s decision to remove her music from Spotify, as users didn’t have to pay to listen to her songs on the streaming service.
Taylor’s beau Calvin Harris came to the (perhaps unnecessary) rescue writing, “U don’t get what it means when a successful artiste uses their celebrity to benefit every other musician and songwriter in the industry (...) While u kids are refresh voting teen choice awards, there’s some poor f**ker in a basement making your new favorite record trying to survive (sic).” Zayn replied, “Ha you just made an absolute fool of yourself mate (...) So i suggest you calm your knickers before them dentures fall out (sic).” And while Zayn didn’t directly confront Taylor, fans were left with a sense of, “But what did she ever do to you?

The Times of India EntertainmentAvril: Don’t call out other stars A week after Zayn’s remarks, Taylor shared a fan-made pic, which juxtaposed her fan-meets with those of Katy Perry, Kanye West, Britney Spears and Avril Lavigne and implied that Swift treated her fans better (well, she just might – remember the cookies?).
Lavigne didn’t take too kindly to the pic, however, posting a collage of her own fan-meets with the caption, “Comparison is judging and judging a person does not define who they are, it defines who you are. We all love our fans (...) Let’s keep it all about the love and stay positive.” The pair eventually made up and even performed Complicated during Taylor’s 1989 tour.
